We hope you are happy with your new Trippen shoes. Custom-made items are non-returnable. All other shoes may be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt using the enclosed return slip (for deliveries within Germany).

Please note that we can only guarantee a refund or exchange if the shoes are unworn and in a pristine condition.
All returns within Germany are postage-free. The costs incurred by returning orders dispatched to other countries must be borne by the sender, unless the return was prompted by an error for which we are responsible. In this case, please select a standard parcel service delivery. We will not reimburse any costs incurred via express deliveries.
A credit note will be issued as soon as possible after your returned goods have been checked and confirmed. In the event of credit card payments, the amount will be credited back to your account immediately after the shoes have been received. In the event of advance bank transfers and cash on delivery payments, the amount in question will be transferred back to the account specified when the order was placed.
All deliveries within Germany are postage-free. For returns from other countries within the European Union we will reimburse the purchase amount including the standard delivery costs. For returns dispatched to all other countries the delivery costs must be borne by the purchaser.
Alternatively, we are happy to send you a pair of shoes in exchange. In this case, we will reimburse the purchase and - for deliveries within the European Union - the postal charges - after receiving the goods, and register the alternative pair as a new order. A return period of 14 days also applies to the new purchase.
